MLX91209CA: High Speed Programmable Linear Hall Sensor Upgraded for Improved Stability
The MLX91209 is a fully customer programmable monolithic sensor IC packaged in standard SIP package. The hall sensor provides a high speed analog output signal proportional to the external applied flux density. This versatile, high speed linear hall IC features a programmable sensitivity range from 5mV/mT to 150mV/mT. It enables the user to construct a precise current sensor solution with fast response time of 3µs. Typical accuracy of a current sensing system based on the MLX91209 is better than ±0.5% at room temperature or ±2% over the full temperature range (from -40°C to +125°C) when applying in circuit end of line calibration.
