The ultra low power STM32L0 combines a 32MHz Cortex®-M0 with 32 to 64Kb Flash, up 6Kb EEPROM, multiple serial communication (I²C, SPI, UART, crystal-less USB FS), LCD driver, advanced analog (12/16-bit ADC, 12-bit DAC, comparators), timers and advanced safety features (CRC unit, clock recovery, 2 independent watchdogs, ECC for Flash and EEPROM). Delivering class leading ultra low power modes of down to 87μA/MHz active, 400nA Stop + RAM and 3.5μs wakeup the STM32L0 also supports up to +125°C operation
