The PI3USB31532 offers a 6 x 4 differential crossbar signal switch with minimal insertion loss and crosstalk. It supports alternate mode switching that allows SuperSpeed USB 10Gbps (USB 3.1 Gen 2) and 8.1Gbps DisplayPort DP 1.3 signals through a USB-C connector, enabling applications for 4K UHD displays at 120Hz or 8K UHD display at 60Hz frame rate with 24-bit RGB color. It multiplexes either 1 lane of USB3.1 Gen 1/Gen 2, 1 lane of USB3.1 Gen 1/Gen 2 and 2 channels of DP1.2/1.3 or 4 channels of DP1.2/DP1.3 to the USB Type-CTM connector. In addition, AUXHPD channels are also multiplexed to the Type-C connector.
