The SP1020 and SP1021 Series TVS Diode Arrays offer the industry’s smallest ESD protection footprint.

They feature back-to-back zener diodes to protect electronic equipment that may experience destructive electrostatic discharges (ESD). These robust diodes can safely absorb repetitive ESD strikes above the maximum level specified in the IEC61000-4-2 international standard (Level 4, ±8kV contact discharge) without performance degradation.


  • Compelling package outlines: Fits on 01005 (SP1020 and SP1021) footprint, with a smaller outline than standard 0.62 x 0.32mm
  • Provides high ESD immunity and superior protection: ESD, IEC 61000-4-2, ±30kV contact, ±30kV air discharge (SP1020) and ±12kV contact, ±15kV air (SP1021); EFT, IEC 61000-4-4, 40A ; lightning, IEC 61000-4-5, 5A (SP1020) and 2A (SP1021)
  • Low capacitance of 20pF (SP1020) and 6pF (SP1021)
  • Permits back-to-back 5V standoff 6V standoff (SP1020 and SP1021)
