MAX11192: 12-Bit, 2Msps, Dual Simultaneous Sampling SAR ADCs with Internal Reference

The MAX11192 is a 12-bit resolution dual-channel SAR ADCs with simultaneous sampling at 2Msps with differential inputs. Available in a tiny 16-pin, 3 x 2mm ultra TDFN package, this ADC delivers excellent static and dynamic performance while operating from a supply voltage of 3.0V to 5.25V. An integrated reference further reduces board area and component count. The MAX11192 outputs conversion data using an SPI-compatible serial interface with a dual DOUT bus. Specifications apply over the extended industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C on all terminal pins for driving larger loads.

MAX40010: 76V Precision, High-Voltage, Current-Sense Amplifier

The MAX40010 is a single-channel high-side precision current-sense amplifier with an input common-mode voltage range from 2.7V to 76V, which makes it ideal for communications, automotive, data centers and other systems where high-voltage current monitoring is critical. The MAX40010 offers accuracy specifications of less than 12μV (max) input offset voltage and less than 0.1% (max) gain error. It features 80kHz of small signal bandwidth and four unique gain options (12.5V/V, 20V/V, 50V/V, and 100V/V). The device’s current sense inputs have EMIR filters to reject RF found in communications equipment.

DG3257: 700 MHz -3dB Bandwidth, Single SPDT Analog Switch

DG3257 is a low RON, high bandwidth analog switch configured in single SPDT. It achieves 5Ω switch on resistance, greater than 700MHz -3dB bandwidth with 5pF load, and a channel to channel crosstalk at -32dB and isolation at -33dB. Fabricated with high density sub micro CMOS process, the DG3257 provides low parasitic capacitance, and handles bidirectional signal flow with minimized phase distortion. Guaranteed 1.4V logic high threshold makes it possible to interface directly with low voltage MCUs.

AL1673: Universal Flyback and Buck-Boost Single Stage Dimmable LED Driver

The AL1673 is a high-performance single stage LED driver-converter operating in flyback and buck-boost topologies, targeting dimmable LED lighting applications. It operates in BCM mode which results in good EMI and efficiency. It supports analog and PWM dimming modes. When a 0.3~2.4V DC signal is applied on APWM pin, the device will operate in analog dimming mode. When a digital signal is applied on APWM pin, the device works at PWM dimming mode. The AL1673 features low start-up current and low operating current. It integrates multiple protection functions including overvoltage, short-circuit, overcurrent and overtemperature protection.

MCP2517FD: External CAN FD Controller with SPI Interface

The MCP2517FD is a cost effective and small-footprint external CAN FD controller that can be easily added to a microcontroller with an available SPI interface. The MCP2517FD supports both CAN frames in the classical format (CAN 2.0B) and CAN flexible data rate (CAN FD) format as specified in ISO11898-1:2015. The MCP251XFD CAN FD motherboard (Part #ADM00576) together with the MCP2517FD click board (Part #MIKROE-2379) provides a simple, low-cost evaluation board for implementing a CAN FD design. ISL8215M: 15A 42V Single-Channel DC/DC Step-Down Power Module

The ISL8215M power module is a single-channel, synchronous step-down, non-isolated complete power supply, capable of delivering up to 15A of continuous current. Operating from a single 7V to 42V wide input power rail and integrating the controller, power inductor, and MOSFETs, the ISL8215M requires only a few external components to operate and is optimized for space constrained applications. Based on a valley current mode PWM control scheme, the ISL8215M provides fast transient response and excellent loop stability. It offers an adjustable output voltage range of 0.6V to 12V with better than 1.5% accuracy over line, load, and temperature.

MP2166: 6V, Dual 2A/2A or 3A/1A, Low Quiescent Current, Synchronous Buck with PG and SS

The MP2166 is an internally compensated, dual PWM, synchronous step-down regulator that operates from a 2.7V to 6V input and generates an output voltage as low as 0.6V. It can be configured as a 2A/2A or 3A/1A output current regulator and is ideal for powering portable equipment that runs on a single-cell lithium-ion (Li+) battery due to a low 60μA quiescent current. The MP2166 integrates dual 55mΩ high-side switches and 20mΩ synchronous rectifiers for high efficiency without an external Schottky diode. It has peak-current-mode control and internal compensation and is capable of low dropout configurations. Both channels can operate at 100% duty cycle.

NCV898032: Automotive Grade Non-Synchronous Boost Controller

The NCV898032 is an adjustable output non-synchronous boost controller which drives an external N-channel MOSFET. The device uses peak current mode control with internal slope compensation. The IC incorporates an internal regulator that supplies charge to the gate driver. Protection features include internally-set soft-start, undervoltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Additional features include low quiescent current sleep mode and microprocessor compatible input pin.
