AL5814/17, AL5815/16: 60V Linear Dimmable LED Controllers

With an input range of 4.5V to 60V, the AL58xx family of linear LED controllers does not require inductors and maintains good EMI performance, making system integration simpler. Internal power dissipation is also minimized compared with other designs due to an external power transistor. The AL58xx series is capable of providing up to 15mA to an external MOSFET or bipolar transistor to drive LED strings. The LED drive current is configured by an external resistor with 4% reference voltage accuracy and excellent temperature stability. In addition, the AL5815 and AL5816 devices support PWM diming, while the AL5814 and AL5817 devices support both analog and PWM dimming.

NCP51530: High Frequency, 700V-2A High and Low Side Driver

NCP51530 is a 700V high side and low side driver with high drive capabilities for AC/DC power supplies and inverters. NCP51530 offers best in class propagation delays, low quiescent current and low switching current at high frequencies of operation. This device thus enables a highly efficient design for power supplies operating at high frequencies. NCP51530 comes in SOIC8 and DFN10 packages, and it’s offered in two versions; NCP51530A has a typical 60ns propagation delay, while NCP51530B has a typical propagation delay of 25ns.

MxL7704: Five Output Universal PMIC

The MxL7704 is a five output universal PMIC optimized for powering low power FPGAs, DSPs, and microprocessors from 5V inputs. Four synchronous step down buck regulators range from 1.5A system power to 4A core power. A 100mA LDO provides a clean 1.5V to 3.6V power for auxiliary devices. All outputs support ±10% margining and the two highest power outputs support dynamic voltage control to support processors that can utilize this function to save power. Through a 400kHz I2C interface, the customer can monitor an input voltage flag and PGOOD flags for each output. The I2C port can also be used to modify power up and down sequencing options, assign PGOOD outputs to the PGOOD pins, enable outputs and select switching frequency.

MAX14748: Single-Chip USB Type-C Charging and Charger Detection Solution for 2s Li+ Battery Packs

The MAX14748 USB battery charger integrates a charger detector, boost/buck converter, and Li+ battery charger with smart power selector to provide fast and safe charging of 2s Li+ battery packs. It provides support for devices functioning as a UFP/DRP per the USB Type-C 1.1 standard, while also providing detection of legacy USB Battery Charging Specification, Revision 1.2 (BC1.2) compliant chargers in addition to other non-standard chargers. The programmable automatic input current limiting (AICL) feature ensures that maximum safe current is drawn from the charging adapter.

MIC2877: 2MHz Synchronous Boost Regulator with 6.5A Switch and Bidirectional Load Disconnect

The MIC2877 is a compact and highly efficient 2MHz synchronous boost regulator with a 6.5A (typical) switch. It features a bidirectional true load disconnect function that prevents any leakage current between the input and output when the device is disabled (EN = GND), protecting the input supply and improves the start-up performance. The MIC2877 has the input voltage range between 2.5V and 5.5V and provides a 2A output continuous current for VIN = 3V and VOUT = 5V. Fixed output and adjustable output versions are available.

BD37201NUX: Low Noise Linear Regulator for High Fidelity Audio

BD37201NUX is a linear regulator with low output noise (4.7μVRMS) which is most suitable to high quality audio system. It operates at 2.7V to 5.5V and capable of supplying a maximum load of 500mA. In addition to the low noise, BD37201NUX has a high PSRR and good input transient fluctuation characteristic which makes it suitable for the stabilization of DC/DC converter output, and an ideal power supply to high precision analog circuits such as D/A converter (DAC) and clock generator.

AS7264N: XYZ Chromatic Color and 440/490nm Blue Sensor with Electronic Shutter

The AS7264N provides direct XYZ sensor data which conforms to the tri-stimulus standard observer color response of the human eye. In addition, two channels added for measurement of blue spectrum light, plus a near-IR channel enables additional application flexibility. LED drivers with programmable currents are provided for electronic shutter applications. The AS7264N integrates Gaussian filters into standard CMOS silicon via nano-optic deposited interference filter technology and is packaged in an LGA package that provides a builtin aperture to control the light entering the sensor array.

MLX90818: Harsh Media Automotive Absolute Pressure Sensor

The MLX90818 is a packaged and factory calibrated automotive absolute pressure sensor with a SENT output that can be used in harsh media applications, like fresh air mixed with high concentration of corrosive gases such as engine exhaust gas or halogens. Use of an optimized architecture and a high density CMOS technology imparts the MLX90818 with best in class automotive EMC performance. A DSP based architecture using a 16-bit microcontroller provides outstanding performance in terms of initial accuracy.
