AL5890: 400V Linear Constant Current LED Driver

The AL5890 is a 400V linear constant current LED driver that provides a cost effective two pin solution to driver LEDs. It has good temperature stability and the current accuracy of ±10% regulated over a wide voltage and temperature range. The AL5890 comes in various fixed output current options removing the need for external current setting resistors and creating a simple driver solution for the series of LEDs. The AL5890 supports both the high side and low side driving of LED chains.

MAX98357/358: PCM/PDM Input Class D Audio Power Amplifier

The MAX98357 pulse-code modulation (PCM) and MAX98357 pulse-density modulation (PDM) plug-and-play speaker amplifiers reduce overall solution size by taking advantage of Maxim’s clever pin-out and by significantly reducing the number of required components compared to typical analog amplifier designs. To simplify design, the plug-and-play functionality only requires users to connect a single power supply and feed the bit clock (BCLK) and left-right clock (LRCLK) of both the MAX98357 and MAX98358, without needing a master clock (MCLK).

NCP51705: Single 6A High Speed Low Side SiC MOSFET Driver

The NCP51705 is designed to primarily drive SiC MOSFET transistors. To achieve the lowest possible conduction losses, the driver is capable to deliver the maximum allowable gate voltage to the SiC MOSFET device. By providing high peak current during turn-on and turn-off, switching losses are also minimized. For improved reliability, dV/dt immunity and even faster turn-off, the NCP51705 can utilize its on-board charge pump to generate a user selectable negative voltage rail. For isolated applications, the NCP51705 also provides an externally accessible 5V rail to power the secondary side of digital or high speed opto isolators.

MC33664: Isolated Network High Speed Transceiver

The MC33664 is a SMARTMOS transceiver physical layer transformer driver designed to interface a microcontroller conveniently to a high speed isolated communication network. MCU serial peripheral interface (SPI) data bits are directly converted to pulse bit information and transferred to the bus network. Slave response messages use the same structure to send pulse bit information to the MC33664, which is converted and sent back to the MCU as a SPI bit stream.

MPX2001: All-in-One Flyback Controller with Integrated Primary and Secondary with Capacitive Isolation

The MPX2001 is an all-in-one flyback controller solution that integrates a primary driving circuit, secondary controller, and synchronous rectification driver all in one chip, maintaining the benefits of both primary-side regulation (PSR) and secondary-side regulation (SSR). The MPX2001 reduced system complexity since no feedback circuit is needed, and therefore, reduced the total BOM cost. At the same time, a synchronous rectifier (SR) can be matched perfectly with the driving signal of the primary-side MOSFET. With this feature, the SR can operate safely in continuous conduction mode (CCM), which helps increase overall efficiency and provides the design with more flexibility.

PI3325-00-LGIZ: 14V to 42VIN Cool-Power ZVS Buck Regulator

The PI332x-00 is a family of high input voltage, wide input range DC-DC ZVS buck regulators integrating controller, power switches, and support components all within a high density System-in-Package (SiP). The integration of a high-performance Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS) topology within the PI332x-00 series, increases point of load performance and provides best in class power efficiency. The PI332x-00 requires only an external inductor, two voltage selection resistors and minimal capacitors to form a complete DC/DC switch mode buck regulator.

AS73211: XYZ True Color Sensor with I²C Interface

The AS73211 is a low power, low noise integrated color sensor. Three channels convert light signals via photodiodes to a digital result and realize a continuous or triggered measurement. In front of the three photodiodes there are optical filters mounted for X-, Y- and Z-signals respectively. The irradiance responsivity can be set in a range of 12 steps by a factor of two for each step. The conversion time is internally controlled over a wide range of 15 steps by a factor of two for each step. With the input pin (SYN) the conversion time can be externally controlled to adapt the measurement to the given environment and time base.
